Delaware witness says bright object emerged from 'weird cloud patch'

A Delaware witness at Middletown reported watching a brightly lit object emerge from a "weird patch of clouds" that hovered in place before powering down its lights and disappearing about 2:35 a.m. on March 20, 2013, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database. The witness was about to go to bed, but looked out the bedroom window and saw something strange.
