Kohl's ghosts lock shoppers from cars

Tinley Park, IL — Shoppers at an Illinois Kohl's store got a strange surprise last week. After returning to their vehicles, many customers were shocked to learn that they were locked out of them. Some folks believe that a mysterious force was at play and that the store's parking lot may be haunted.
