'Jelly-like sphere' UFO reported moving over Pennsylvania

A Pennsylvania witness in Westmoreland County reports watching a "jelly-like sphere dropping smaller, opaque orbs" as it crossed the sky about midnight on July 9, 2012, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
