The Starseed Design

The following narrative is in reference to Starseeds (a starborn mortal...a human being with alien DNA) and their designation as earthbound beings. Over the years I have read several theories and conjectures in relation to these entities but I'm still 'sitting on the fence' as to rationality...though, according to the supposed identifiable traits, I may be one.
