Of course serious researchers should investigate all possibilities and some UFO-abductees may indeed be mind control victims or used in black genetic experiments since the eighties or before, but I think that there exists an other possibility for a motive which is more plausible for the military involvement in the UFO-abduction phenomenon,

On March 18th, 2001, the "First Symposium of UFO and Paranormal
Researchers in Puerto Rico" showcased a number of presentations
dealing with all aspects of both fields of study.
A perverse pleasure exists when I have these dreams, because after waking from them I wonder if I have just experienced this so-called abduction phenomenon. Most people who claim to have been taken by aliens probably say that the experience is something that they would never want to wish upon another human, but an alien abduction is something that I have always WANTED to experience, merely for personal affirmation of my beliefs--which I have, up until this point, never obtained...
Abductions and their remnant elusive memories have opened all this for me;
a confirmed atheist until i saw aliens float me out of my body, in my bed,
at night. Then,I knew they were interested in an essence I never suspected
I had; a soul.
I know there are many
people who disbelieve in the subject of UFOs. To tell you the truth, I
don't blame them. The proof--what there is of it--is elusive, the stories
seem farfetched, and half the time, you can't tell if you are watching
an episode of Star Trek, listening to the rantings of madmen, or if there
is really some substance to what people claim.
Self-professed
abductee Pat Parrinello was one of several people who consented to undergo
"implant removal surgery" in August, 1995 under the direction of Dr. Roger
Leir and Derrel Sims. This article is the result of an interview between
Pat Parrinello and hypnotherapist Deborah Lindemann on August 30, 1996,
one year after the surgery.] Pat Parrinello remembers well the evening
he awoke feeling paralyzed. Although he was only six years old at the
time, this is the type of experience one never forgets. When Pat had an
"implant" surgically removed last August 19, 1995 by Dr. Roger Leir, it
represented a culmination of unusual sightings and paranormal events that
began at the age of six.
This
article summarizes a lecture given by Dr. Roger Leir at a public meeting
in Thousand Oaks, California on February 23, 1996, sponsored by the local
chapter of MUFON (the Mutual UFO Network). Dr. Leir is a California surgeon
who has removed what may be actual alien implants from two people brought
to him by hypno-anesthesia therapist and abduction researcher Derrel Sims
of Houston, Texas. Derrel Sims was the main speaker at the Thousand Oaks
meeting but turned the podium over to Dr. Leir for the medical part of
the presentation.
Like
most of my fellow humans, I've been somewhat interested in the UFO
phenomenon for most of my life. I never got particularly involved
in the research because on a deeper level I've always sensed that
the human race is not the only intelligent creation in our Universe,
and that was good enough for me--until I had my own unexpected personal

Every so often, we meet certain people who have had something extraordinarily
bizzare happen to them which, on the surface, seem not only unbelievable
but downright impossible. Whether that be a run in with Bigfoot,
a near death experience, a meeting with the Loch Ness, or a relationship
with God, it always strikes us and causes us to either question
our own reality or question THEIR sanity. The easy way out is, of
course, to say that they are nuts and the world actually has no
more substance than the latest Coke product or Microsoft Operating
System.
A compelling account of alien abduction that took place in 1987 in the Ilkley Moor, Yorkshire, U.K....a unique case which may include one of the very few photographs taken of a live alien being. The main character and only witness of a UFO and alien being is one Philip Spencer, a retired policeman. He claims to have been taken aboard an unidentified flying object, and captured one photograph of an unknown being.
The following report and subsequent information was forwarded to me by Maria M. Rivera of Aguada, Puerto Rico. This case was followed by my involvement in the David Eckhart family home infestation and abductions. Mrs. Rivera was another abductee who was unable to convince ufologists of her experiences until I started to report on the incidents. Since that time, there have been several reports of UFOs in the rain forest in and around the area of Aguada.
It seemed to be about 2 inches long. (I was to investigate further in the coming days and find out that it is much longer, even going under my pelvis bone) I was perplexed by it, but thought that I was not going to do anything about it at the moment, so I might as well try to sleep and deal with it later. I'd keep an eye on it as I wasn't at home and didn't want to go to any doctors round that area. I went back to bed, as I felt exhausted.
These days, truly mysterious events seem to occur less and less frequently. A sad fact I know, but thanks to advances in CCTV, DNA analysis and forensic-science, many happenings that previously had no explanation, can now be understood. That is certainly not to say that odd affairs do not manifest, just that many acts we formerly attributed to the paranormal, can be demystified.
However, when I read this book, I was totally blown away. Written by security operative Colin Hall, it chronicles an investigation into two very strange crashes in England and France, that may or may not have had an out-of-this-world / paranormal element.
It is alleged that the crash in England, on the M6 motorway, involved 17 vehicles, including 3 trucks. Miraculously no one was killed, although there are reports that suggest a few people were taken to hospital. Over the years, I have received reports of alien implanted objects, seeded tumors and the transmission of chronic and terminal diseases. As well, other experiencers were cured of sickness and afflictions by alien beings...including cancer, crippling rheumatoid arthritis and birth defects. So...what is the real alien agenda? I was in my nightgown and there was a being in front of me - behind it stood the open hatch of a light filled door. I do not remember how I got there or back inside. I have also forgotten what, if anything, was said or done to me at that time. When I spoke about it I was reprimanded harshly and told I had an over-active imagination and it was only a dream.
