ummmmm i've never seen them really find anything. except the one episode where they removed that supposed implant from some guy's leg.

Well, it's not that they haven't found anything. I think the dowsing episode at Stone Henge was worth a watch. In my mind they proved that something was going on with those rods that didn't have to do with involuntary muscle movements. And I agree--the episode with the guy that had the leg implant was pretty convincing as well.
