Looks like there was water standing in some of the crack/cracks. I am guessing they have had a lot of rain and the hillside gave way, a land slide/slip. We get a similar looking thing down here in S. TX during drought. The cause is different; the ground literally gets dehydrated and pulls apart. But, we haven't as yet had the house shake because of them, only when the local jet jockeys go hotdogging over the tree lines.

yhea, what is that all about..when I first read it the week it came out I was kind of weird out, especially when I read about lately new holes was forming around the world, I can't seem to remember where it was, and I could kick myself for not putting it away but they show a list of pictures with different sizes some was so big that they park a truck next to it and the truck look like a toy. has anyone came across it?

Maybe all the gasses released from all of the bodies he burried there lol...
