“He’s a liar. He’s delusional.” That’s what many people will be saying about me when they read this book. Honestly, I can’t blame them. I’m even quite skeptical about all this myself. The mere notion of a life after death experience appears to be a massive stretch of my imagination. But it’s all true; at least I think it is.

Gerard Aartsen is an educator at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands. He is the author of “George Adamski: A Herald for the Space Brothers” (2010) and “Here to Help: UFOs and the Space Brothers” (2011). Having been a student of the Ageless Wisdom teachings for over thirty years Mr. Aartsen is able to take a spiritual look at the UFO phenomenon. I had the privilege of interviewing Gerard Aartsen about why he believes the people behind the UFOs are our “Space Brothers” and their purpose in coming to Earth.

The way that I see it, and you are probably going to consider me completely nuts for saying this--it's a thought, anyway--but most people without even being fully aware of it attempt to lead what I call a geometric life. What this means is that they attempt to remain consistent in some fashion by following a certain set of ideals or ritualized patterns, and this geometrizes those ideals, expressing their spiritual forms on the material plane.

I'm not sure how many people have experienced this, but I doubt I'm the only one. If you accept the fact that you can receive messages from the universe in the form of 'meaning' which doesn't seem to be too difficult of a proposition when you take into account 'coincidence' and take into account things actually do have meaning and aren't entirely random, then it isn't a stretch of the imagination to assume that you can spend some days in a state where just about everything that happens to you is a coincidence and everything has meaning. This has happened to me numerous times and I can't help but give it a name: Magic Box Syndrome.

The story did inspire a small amount of anxiety while reading. The well-related detail concerning the first-hand viewpoint suffered by the author throughout his ordeal made this reading entirely worthwhile from a dramatic perspective, if nothing else. But there is much to take away and consider, here. When taken in conjunction with other writings which also detail near-death experiences, it is ever clearer to me that there is an undeniable, yet anonymous, force of intelligence that belies each and every one of us, collectively, and individually. It is a governing, 'God-like', intelligence that otherwise facilitates the illusion that is our reality, and makes our lives possible.

Death is not the problem. LIFE is the problem. Death is the easy and inevitable part. But, where are we going to escape to?

Picture, for a moment, that the reality which surrounds you is a Rubik’s Cube and your consciousness is the imprisoned, invisible sphere at the center. The 3-dimensional blocks which revolve around you keep you in your place and are, for all intents and purposes, your reality. You have full ability to move those particles around into other colorful sequences, but you are still a captive.

The 'Report on Spiritualism of The Committee of the London Dialectical Society' was published in 1871 by the Royal Society and was made public after a unanimous vote by its members. The committee involved in this report made it their goal to accept as much evidence as they could find on spiritualism, both from people who claimed the phenomena to be delusional as well as from those who expressed the genuineness in the gathered claims. As such, this committee set themselves the objective to investigate the following propositions...

Disassociation is a trait that is often overlooked when trying to grasp the mental make up of those who are interested and appreciate the paranormal. What do I mean by 'disassociation'? It is the ability to leave this reality and go elsewhere in your mind and see things that others are unable to see because they are not looking and are just fine with their monday night football, Fox News reports, and BBQs on the weekend. Those who disassociate, they may try to do these things to feel normal, but they most often fail and have a general sense that something just isn't right with the single channel shown to them as 'the way to live' every day.

I don’t have a problem inducing the paralysis itself--the problem has been that I get stuck in my body, and I can only get half of my spirit self out of my material self. Much to my absolute astonishment, however, last night was extremely different.

I noticed this morning that most things experienced while sleeping are bipolar opposites of one another, which is precisely why dreams themselves are so hard to recall. You’ll see a lake of fire, you’ll walk upstairs and end up in the basement...

In conspiracy literature, the idea that stands out as being shared most commonly amongst its writers is, unsurprisingly, the concept of the matrix: we are all being lied to in every way, shape, and form, and because mankind is so stupid, they can’t wake up from the fiction presented to them by the powers that be and live life the way it was meant to be lived....

Within its pages Coppes recounts numerous stories of people who have been on the brink--and returned--to tell us that death is not the end, the light loves you unconditionally, and if we focus more on putting positive energy into the world instead of negativity, maybe we can finally work together regardless of our religion to create some necessary changes around us. This begs the question: what does the author feel are some of these necessary changes?
